About Anne
Anne Stamatakis is founder and owner of Circle of Life Touch, a private healing practice in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. She is a State Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Breath Awareness Coach. Most recently she became a Peaceful Touch Instructor, providing a healthy touch curriculum for children. With 27 years of experience in complimentary touch therapies she has developed an exceptionally well-balanced program blending modern, traditional and intuitive methods of holistic healing.
After working in the child care field for some years, Anne began her bodywork career in 1979, in London, UK, receiving her diploma at The Lee School of Oriental Massage and Acupressure. Further education of basic Aromatherapy, Trager and Intuitive Massage took place at The Churchill Center in London.
Anne met her Greek-American husband in 1984 and he was the reason why she moved to California the following year. For 12 years they were both involved in an international organization teaching Loving Relationship Dynamics and Spirituality. It was fun, exciting and challenging. Anne maintained her bodywork practice and added Breath Awareness Coaching as a simple and highly effective form of healing different aspects of the self.
Anne's past bodywork experience includes working on a world class cruise ship, with skin care centers, health clubs and chiropractors. 
She has continually added skills and knowledge to her vocation, including Body Harmony, Touch for Health, medical massage, stretching/yoga, hospice help and more spiritually oriented healing methods. She had a very rewarding and flourishing private practice in Orange County, CA until she and her husband re-located to Connecticut in 2006 to be with family and friends. Anne is very excited to teach about, and bring a distinct experience of deep relaxation, restoration and healing into the lives of her clients. She is currently offering classes on Caring Touch, Gentle Healing, sponsored by The Cove and on Subtle Energies at Sacred Rivers Yoga Center.
She has the National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a member of The American Massage Therapy Association and Healing Touch International.
