CARING TOUCH, GENTLE HEALING PROGRAM

[Image]Caring touch works with your natural ability to heal

If you or your family are going through a period of intense change due to a loss of any kind, giving and receiving this nurturing and gentle type of touch can assist you and your children to help ease the anxiety and stress during this difficult time.

Parents and children will learn simple hands-on techniques, exercises and games that you can use at home to help you all relax. It is safe for all ages and works in harmony with standard medical care. You will remain fully clothed but dress comfortably for moving around. Feel free to attend alone or with your children.

Anne Stamatakis, CHTP, LMT, is a facilitator for THE COVE Center. She is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist and a Peaceful Touch Instructor. With 27 years experience in complimentary touch therapies, she has developed a well-balanced program blending modern and traditional methods of natural healing. Through her own experiences, she has come to understand that grief can be a profound teacher and that it can be used to deepen us in positive ways.
